With every batch, we pay homage to the time-honored techniques that have stood the test of time. Our pasta is lovingly made on Monterey Bay, ensuring that each piece is a masterpiece in its own right. From the delicate folds of ravioli to the satisfying twirl of spaghetti, we take pride in every detail.
But we don't stop at pasta. We bring an authentic Italian experience via our quality dips, focaccia, Sicilian pizza, take and bake items, pesto, gnocchi and gourmet sauces. Join us in the fall of 2025 for the launch of our Italian artisan cookbook, based on the recipes of Italian Nonna's.
